Conditions d'utilisation
1. Objet. Les présentes conditions encadrent l'utilisation de l'application Les Premiers Mois, éditée par À LEV. Télécharger ou utiliser l'application vaut acceptation de ces conditions.
2. Achat. L'application est vendue par l'intermédiaire de l'App Store d'Apple ou de Google Play, selon leurs propres conditions de vente, de paiement et de remboursement. Toute demande de remboursement s'effectue auprès de la plateforme d'achat.
3. Usage. L'application est destinée à un usage personnel et non commercial par des adultes. Elle constitue un outil de prise de notes et non un service de santé (voir l'avertissement santé).
4. Données. Les données saisies restent sur votre appareil. Vous en êtes seul responsable, notamment de leur exactitude et de leur sauvegarde. Une suppression de l'application ou une perte de l'appareil peut entraîner la perte définitive des données ; utilisez la fonction d'export pour en garder une copie.
5. Disponibilité. L'éditeur s'efforce d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'application mais ne garantit pas l'absence d'erreurs ou d'interruptions. Des mises à jour peuvent modifier les fonctionnalités.
6. Responsabilité. Dans les limites autorisées par la loi, l'éditeur ne peut être tenu responsable des décisions prises sur la base des informations saisies ou affichées dans l'application, ni des dommages indirects liés à son utilisation. Rien dans ces conditions ne limite les droits que vous tenez du droit de la consommation, notamment la garantie légale de conformité.
7. Propriété intellectuelle. L'application, son nom, son logo, ses textes, ses illustrations et son code sont protégés. Toute reproduction, extraction ou décompilation non autorisée est interdite, sauf dans les cas prévus par la loi.
8. Contact et litiges. Pour toute question : contact@lespremiersmois.fr. Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit français. En cas de litige, vous pouvez recourir gratuitement à un médiateur de la consommation avant toute action en justice. La version française de ces conditions fait foi.
Avertissement santé
Les Premiers Mois est un carnet de notes personnel. Il sert uniquement à noter et à retrouver des informations du quotidien (repas, sommeil, couches, mesures, démarches).
L'application n'est pas un dispositif médical. Elle ne pose aucun diagnostic, ne donne aucun conseil médical, n'interprète pas les données saisies et ne remplace en aucun cas l'avis d'un médecin, d'une sage-femme, d'un pédiatre ou d'un pharmacien.
Les éléments de la checklist sont des repères généraux d'organisation. Le calendrier des examens et des vaccins de votre enfant est celui indiqué dans son carnet de santé et par votre médecin.
En cas de doute sur la santé de votre enfant, contactez votre médecin. En cas d'urgence, appelez le 15 (SAMU) ou le 112.

Terms of use
1. Purpose. These terms govern the use of the Les Premiers Mois app, published by À LEV. Downloading or using the app means you accept these terms.
2. Purchase. The app is sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play, under their own terms of sale, payment and refund. Any refund request must be made to the store where you bought it.
3. Use. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults. It is a note-taking tool, not a health service (see the health notice).
4. Data. The data you enter stays on your device. You alone are responsible for it, including its accuracy and backup. Deleting the app or losing your device may permanently erase the data; use the export feature to keep a copy.
5. Availability. The publisher strives to keep the app working properly but does not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. Updates may change features.
6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information entered or displayed in the app, nor for indirect damages related to its use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Intellectual property. The app, its name, logo, texts, illustrations and code are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction, extraction or decompilation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
8. Contact and disputes. For any question: contact@lespremiersmois.fr. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. The French version of these terms prevails.
Health notice
Les Premiers Mois is a personal notebook. It is only used to record and look back at everyday information (feeds, sleep, diapers, measurements, paperwork).
The app is not a medical device. It makes no diagnosis, gives no medical advice, does not interpret the data entered and never replaces the advice of a doctor, midwife, paediatrician or pharmacist.
The checklist items are general planning guidelines. Your child's check-up and vaccination schedule is the one in their health record and given by your doctor.
If you have any doubt about your child's health, contact your doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe).

Kullanım koşulları
1. Konu. Bu koşullar, À LEV tarafından yayımlanan Les Premiers Mois uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirmek veya kullanmak bu koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir.
2. Satın alma. Uygulama, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden, bu platformların kendi satış, ödeme ve iade koşullarına göre satılır. İade talepleri satın alınan platforma yapılır.
3. Kullanım. Uygulama, yetişkinlerin kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanımı içindir. Bir sağlık hizmeti değil, not alma aracıdır (sağlık uyarısına bakın).
4. Veriler. Girdiğiniz veriler cihazınızda kalır. Doğruluğundan ve yedeklenmesinden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamanın silinmesi veya cihazın kaybı verilerin kalıcı olarak kaybolmasına yol açabilir; bir kopya saklamak için dışa aktarma özelliğini kullanın.
5. Erişilebilirlik. Yayıncı uygulamanın düzgün çalışması için çaba gösterir ancak hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmez. Güncellemeler özellikleri değiştirebilir.
6. Sorumluluk. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde yayıncı, uygulamada girilen veya görüntülenen bilgilere dayanarak alınan kararlardan ve kullanımla ilgili dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, tüketici olarak yasal haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
7. Fikri mülkiyet. Uygulama, adı, logosu, metinleri, görselleri ve kodu korunmaktadır. Yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında izinsiz çoğaltma, veri çekme veya kaynak koda dönüştürme yasaktır.
8. İletişim ve uyuşmazlıklar. Her türlü soru için: contact@lespremiersmois.fr. Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici kurallarının sağladığı korumayı ortadan kaldırmaksızın Fransız hukukuna tabidir. Bu koşulların Fransızca metni esas alınır.
Sağlık uyarısı
Les Premiers Mois kişisel bir not defteridir. Yalnızca günlük bilgileri (beslenme, uyku, bez, ölçümler, resmi işlemler) kaydetmek ve tekrar bakmak için kullanılır.
Uygulama tıbbi bir cihaz değildir. Teşhis koymaz, tıbbi tavsiye vermez, girilen verileri yorumlamaz ve hiçbir durumda doktor, ebe, çocuk doktoru veya eczacı görüşünün yerini tutmaz.
Kontrol listesindeki maddeler genel planlama önerileridir. Çocuğunuzun muayene ve aşı takvimi, sağlık karnesinde yazan ve doktorunuzun belirttiği takvimdir.
Çocuğunuzun sağlığıyla ilgili bir şüpheniz varsa doktorunuza başvurun. Acil durumda 112’yi arayın.
